Sandra Haney, is an artist with experience across various mediums including paint and printmaking. She has transitioned primarily to oils and is deeply responsive to her surroundings, demonstrating a particular interest with capturing atmospheric qualities en plein air. 

Since 2020, Sandra has directed her artistic focus towards local landscapes where her work is characterized by a keen eye for strong composition, nuanced light play, and tonal contrast. Sandra initiates her paintings with loose, gestural strokes, allowing the artwork to organically evolve, often veering into elements of abstraction.
