Supper Club


Join us on Friday 25th July for our Summer Supper Club. Enjoy a menu that blends Mediterranean flavours and takes inspiration from our summer exhibition, 'Shorelines; a celebration of contemporary art inspired by our island coastline’.

The four courses will be served alongside wine accompaniments in The Factory Kitchen.

On Arrival

Blood orange and rosemary spritz

For The Table -

Rosemary & sea salt focaccia
Marinated mixed olives
Octopus arancini

Vegan option: Tomato & chilli arancini (VG)

 

First Course

Crab tortellini with shellfish broth & salsa verde

Vegan option: Broad bean & basil tortellini with roast pepper ragu & salsa verde (VG)

 

Wine: Pecorino Roccastella (Italy 2023)

 

Second Course

Cod Acqua Pazza - Poached cod loin in a tomato sauce with fennel, capers and parsley

Vegan option: Roast aubergine stuffed with vine tomatoes, fennel, capers and parsley (VG)

For The Table -

Roast new potatoes & tenderstem broccoli with chilli & garlic (VG)

 

Wine: Pinot Grigio Montevento DOC (Italy 2023)

 

Dessert

Whole orange, almond and polenta cake, honey, pistachio crumb, crème fraiche sorbet*
