Clifford Blakey is a Northumberland based artist who paints contemporary landscapes, seascapes, still life and figurative paintings.
Born in 1957 he was educated at Newcastle University in the 1970s and 80s where he gained his degree in Fine Art and his Master of Fine Art. Under the teaching of artist Norman Adams; Clifford was inspired to follow his career as an artist.
In his 35 years as an artist, Clifford has exhibited widely in England and Scotland and has works in private collections all over the world, including the United States, New Zealand, Australia, Spain, France and Belgium.
