A miniature community made from gingerbread, icing and sweets will appear at The Biscuit Factory for families to visit this festive season.
Gingerbread Street brings together creativity, baking ingenuity and community spirit – all in aid of local homelessness charity Oasis Community Housing. This enchanting exhibition of biscuity buildings aims to raise awareness of homelessness and the sense of community that helps everyone feel they have a place to belong.
All the confectionery constructions have been built by teams from local businesses and groups. Gingerbread Street is kindly supported by Lovell Homes and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
Gingerbread Street is free to visit.
The Biscuit Factory is open daily 10am – 5pm
Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve 10am – 3pm.
On Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day the gallery is closed.
