The Biscuit Factory Newcastle is open Monday – Sunday 10am – 5pm.  You can see the opening hours here on the ‘Visit Us’ page.

The Factory Kitchen café located inside The Biscuit Factory is open Sunday – Friday 10am – 4pm and Saturday 10am – 5pm.

Is The Biscuit Factory open on Bank Holidays?

Yes, The Biscuit Factory Newcastle is open most Bank Holidays, except for:
Christmas Day: Closed
Boxing Day: Closed
New Year’s Day: Closed

Are dogs allowed at The Biscuit Factory?

Dogs are not allowed at The Biscuit Factory Newcastle, except for assistance dogs, due to the delicate and valuable nature of pieces on display.
