Sarah Morgan is an artist and printmaker whose work draws on memory, emotion, and close observation of everyday moments, landscapes, and conversations. Originally trained in theatre set design, she worked for many years as a freelance painter and prop maker before focusing on fine art. She primarily works with intaglio printmaking, especially collagraph and drypoint, using their rich textures and tonal depth to create atmospheric, often ethereal works. Alongside her print practice, she creates dreamy, whimsical oil paintings inspired by partly imagined landscapes rooted in her life and home in the Peak District. Her work is deeply influenced by weather and time spent outdoors, aiming to evoke a sense of space, calm, and lived experience in nature.
