We offer high quality delivery and shipping for all artworks nationally and internationally.  

To receive a bespoke and accurate delivery cost, a member of our gallery team will contact you following your online purchase to discuss delivery options. We will make recommendations based on the individual piece(s) purchased and requested timescales. Of course you may also purchase online and then arrange to collect from the gallery at no cost.

The Biscuit Factory is open till 3pm on 24 December 2017 for all last minute Christmas purchases! 

We are closed 25 & 26 December to reopen as normal from 27 December. 

We are also closed 31 December 2017 and 1 January 2018.

The majority of jewellery purchases and all gift voucher purchases have a choice of preset postage for 1st and 2nd class delivery options. 

The last delivery dates for guaranteed Christmas delivery (UK only) are as follows;  

Insured fine art courier: 12 December

DHL courier service: 20 December

1st class/signed for: 21 December

2nd class/signed for: 20 December
