Join professional weaver Justine Holdsworth for an enjoyable full day of weaving. You’ll learn a range of traditional techniques originally used to create baskets for cheese production.
The willow is locally grown in Northumberland and harvested by hand each year. You’ll work with different varieties of willow, each offering its own natural colour and character, to create a beautiful handmade basket.
Suitable for beginners and those with some weaving experience. More advanced weavers are also very welcome to come along and develop their skills further.
