Wines for the Curious is built around six bottles I keep coming back to.
Some surprised me, some challenged assumptions, and some introduced me to places and producers I’ve never forgotten. None of them have quite let go of me since. For one evening at The Biscuit Factory, we’ll open all six. Together we’ll travel from the hills of the Marche to Corsica, Oregon, the Loire Valley and beyond, exploring bottles that have accompanied conversations, changed minds, sparked obsessions and somehow found their way back to the table time and time again.
