What do you do when you find a letter that was never meant to be read? Do you put it back exactly where you found it? Place it carefully, so it looks as though nobody was ever there… Or do you read the first line. Just one. Only enough to know who it belonged to. Well, maybe just enough to wonder what happened next… Perhaps that’s why such letters are impossible to resist. For a moment, someone else’s private world slips quietly into our own.
Letters Never Sent is an invitation to spend an evening with those worlds. Around a table of carefully chosen wines, forgotten correspondence and conversation, stories that were never intended for an audience somehow have an extraordinary habit of finding one. Some are quietly funny. Some unexpectedly devastating. Some leave the room laughing so hard there’s a stitch in your side. Others leave it wonderfully, unsettlingly quiet. An evening spent in the company of letters that were never written to be read aloud.
The evening
Every edition of Letters Never Sent is completely original: New wines, new letters, new conversations. Nothing is ever repeated.
Over the course of the evening you’ll share a thoughtfully curated selection of wines, each paired with a previously unseen letter, gradually unfolding into an intimate theatrical salon
where stories, conversation and unexpected moments of recognition emerge around the table. There is no script for what happens between the guests. That is the part no one can write. You don’t need to know anything about wine. Curiosity is enough. Some guests arrive knowing exactly what they’re drinking. Others simply know what they enjoy. Both belong here. The wines are not an accompaniment to the evening. They’re part of the correspondence.

“…suppose someone will read this if I don’t destroy it. I can’t. I don’t want to. I want someone to know what you’ve done to me. I don’t know if that fills me with terror or relief.”
