Pop Art Sculptures | Little Biscuits x Pui Lee
24 February 2024 | 11am - 3pm (with time for a break included)
Age: Suitable for ages 7+ (with accompanying carer included in ticket price)
Inspired by Pop Artist Claes Oldenberg, in this fun and hands-on family workshop you'll create a giant 3D sculpture of a favourite food! Will it be a hamburger, fries or a doughnut? Whatever you choose, this will definitely be a feast for the eyes!
Pui Lee will show you step-by-step how to explore 3D form using a variety of child-friendly materials. After construction she will then demonstrate how to personalise your sculpture with hand-painted and collaged techniques.
Based in Gateshead, Pui Lee is a British-born Hakka Chinese artist and arts educator, working throughout the North of England. Trained in a multitude of disciplines, her artistic practice is wide-ranging across both traditional and contemporary 2D and 3D artforms.
Payment is required upon booking. Cancellations made up to 2 weeks prior to the workshop date are eligible for a full refund. Refunds and transfers are not possible within two weeks of the workshop date
