Born in the North East of England, Angela Edwards is an artist with a background in illustration and design. Angela draws inspiration from the Northumberland coastline and countryside where she lives. Her paintings explore landscape through colour, texture and form, using acrylic and oil paint applied in layered, impasto techniques to create expressive, abstracted interpretations of the natural environment.
