Star Man is coil built from black grogged stoneware. With its wide stance and rounded limbs radiating from a central core, the piece suggests a presence that is part figure, part symbol, part abstraction.
The surface is left raw revealing the clay’s natural texture. Its sculptural simplicity highlights both material and form, creating a bold presence that remains open and approachable. There is a grounded strength in this form, paired with a lightness of spirit. It stands with quiet confidence, playful, sculptural, and full of character.
