Choose from: The Drawing Room, a warm and comfortable private ground-floor space; The Work Room, a bright and inspiring room on the first floor of the gallery; or The Boardroom, a purpose-built contemporary meeting space with kitchenette.

We’ve been hosting meetings for close to a decade. Our team knows what you need to ensure your session runs smoothly, and the basics are taken care of in every space, meaning you can turn up and get to work with minimum fuss. Meeting rooms are situated throughout our art gallery location, and we thoroughly encourage giving your delegates the opportunity to explore our unique, creative, and relaxed environment, keeping them engaged and inspired throughout the day.

Ideal for

Meeting rooms at The Biscuit Factory are ideal spaces to gather your team away from your usual workspace, where you can be inspired and get creative. Hosting up to 20 delegates, our meeting rooms are suitable for team meetings, presentations, workshops, or training sessions. Each offers an alternative to traditional corporate spaces without compromising on any of the facilities and services you need. All meeting room hire includes the support of a dedicated coordinator to ensure your day runs smoothly, and the option to add refreshment packages, including a freshly prepared lunch in The Factory Kitchen café.

The Work Room

Bright, light and inspiring; The Work Room is bathed in natural light and filled with original art, providing an inspiring and energising setting for your team to gather. Located on the first floor, The Work Room opens directly into the upper gallery where you are instantly surrounded by our contemporary art collections.

The Board Room

The Board Room is located between the gallery and our larger event spaces. With a minimal, contemporary finish and bright, airy atmosphere, this meeting room is an ideal space to focus. The Board Room is fully accessible with lift access and ramp entrance to the room. Private cloakrooms and a built-in kitchen area complete the facilities.

The Drawing Room

Private, calm and comfortable; The Drawing Room has a warm, inviting atmosphere with solid wood tables, plush upholstery and ambient lighting. Located on the ground floor of The Biscuit Factory, choose this room for smaller meetings or workshops, or add to the hire of artisan as a break-out or dining room.
