Part of the New Light Prize Exhibition 2020

Ceri Allen is a Cumbrian painter. She studied painting at City & Guilds School of Art, London and has exhibited widely. Her work is represented in public and private collections in the UK and USA. Collections include Tullie House, Carlisle, St Mary's Hospital, Paddington and Corpus Christi College, Oxford.

Ceri has been selected for Artist Residencies at University of Cumbria, Corpus Christi College, Oxford, Kronstadt, St Petersburg with the NCCA and in 2016 worked as Artist in Residence with theatre company 'Demi-paradise productions' at Lancaster Castle. She was also commissioned to produce the image for the historic 'Oxford Almanack' for 2017 portraying Corpus Christi College.
