Bethany Marett

Bethany Marett is a multi-disciplinary artist based in London, working primarily with sculpture and printmaking. Her roots lie, controversially, between Lancashire and Yorkshire having grown up in Lancashire to a Yorkshire mother. She recently graduated from the Royal College of Art with an MA in Fine Art: Print, having previously studied at the Slade School of Fine Art and The University of York. Some of her recent awards include being the recipient of a bursary from The Artists Information Company & Arts Council England in 2020, the Chelsea Arts Club Trust Stan Smith Memorial Prize in 2019 and the Almacantar Studio Award in 2018. She is an elected member of The London Group and Greenwich Printmakers co-operative and works from her studio at Thames-Side in London. Her work is held in international private and public collections including the V&A, University of Calgary and Scarborough Art Gallery.
