Accessible car parking
There is one disabled parking space for disabled visitors to The Biscuit Factory located in our private car park. Additional car parking is available at our sister gallery space The Holy Biscuit located on Clarence Street, or on-street free 2 hour parking on Stoddart Street.
Entrance to The Biscuit Factory There is no fee to access The Biscuit Factory. Entrance to The Biscuit Factory is via steps from the private car park or via a ramp facility at the front of the building. From here there is lift and stair access to all levels.
Opening Hours The Biscuit Factory is open 7 days a week and 362 days a year.
Our cafe is only accessible during gallery hours, however our restaurant is open in the evenings. www.artisannewcastle.com
We open a new exhibition quarterly. These exhibitions are launched with a preview evening held on a Friday in March, June, September and November. Our website contains all information about forthcoming preview events.

Baby changing facilities
The Baby Changing Room is found on our ground level. Buggies can also be stored at reception, subject to space availability.
All four floors are accessible for wheelchair users via the lift.
Wi-fi We offer free wi-fi facilities in the gallery and cafe.
Seating can be found on all levels.

Our Café is located on Level 1, serving a range of homemade hot and cold food and drink and open during gallery hours only. We also have a terrace facility in the cafe where diners may eat and drink outside. Occasionally we will introduce additional cafe seating into the main gallery floor but encourage visitors to remain in these areas when consuming food and drink. High Chairs are available on request and are subject to availability. We also offer a student discount in the cafe.
Restaurant Our Restaurant is located on Ground Level with service twice a day – between 12pm and 2pm Monday to Sunday and 5pm and 10pm Monday to Saturday, serving a la carte food and drink. We also have an outdoor eating area where diners may eat and drink food purchased from either the restaurant or the cafe. High Chairs are available on request and are subject to availability.
Private Tours Although we do not offer a regular guided tour of The Biscuit Factory we encourage group bookings with any special requirements to call ahead and speak with a member of the team. If it is within our ability and resource to deliver a specialised tour we will endeavour to provide this service.
School Groups Although the gallery is happy for school groups to visit, please ensure you contact the gallery beforehand with details of your intended visit. Date, time and approximate numbers would be required to ensure we can comply with Health and Safety legislation and groups should not exceed 25 students at a time and are expected to be under appropriate supervision throughout their visit.
