The Biscuit Factory Gallery staff work very hard to ensure that product information and pricing is accurate and current, however, despite our best efforts, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. If any price errors are discovered, they are promptly corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply. In the event that data displayed in the Gallery or on the website in incorrect, such as incorrect price, availability, incorrect product specifications, gift certificate errors or misuse, hacking or abuse of the website, The Biscuit Factory reserves the right at our sole discretion to modify, correct, refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item under these conditions without notice. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish

At our discretion we will do one of the following:

If the correct price for the item is lower than the price displayed in the Gallery or online, you will be charged the lower price.

If the correct price for the item is higher than the price displayed in the Gallery or online, at our discretion, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund.

Reserves

We are able to put reserves against any item in the gallery you are interested in purchasing.

If you wish to place a reserve on an item we will require a 10% non-refundable deposit and will keep the item under your name for 7 days. If you do not wish to place a deposit against the piece we will register your interest but retain the right to sell the item at any time.

If after the 7 days we have not heard from you, you will automatically lose your deposit and the piece will be available for the gallery to sell as usual.
