We have studios for rent at The Biscuit Factory and Biscuit Tin, they all vary in size from  3-4metres wide x  3-8 metres long.

Terms are easy in easy out with one months notice. Prices vary from the £120 -£200 per month depending on the size and aspect. The price includes all business rates and some electricity. All studios are metered but each has a weekly allowance which if one is reasonably frugal and remembers to switch off lights then it is quite easy not to have to pay anything. There is 24 hour access

Our Biscuit Factory studios offers a communal kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster etc for all to use. There are a number of sluice sinks to wash out  paints etc at each of the locations.

At the Biscuit Tin there is a communal exhibition area which can be used by any artist there to use for exhibitions / courses/ lectures etc. Works can also be exhibited outside each studio in the corridors. There is dedicated parking outside the Biscuit Tin and the Biscuit Factory has some parking behind the building and plenty across the road at the Holy Biscuit.
